Good Omens

So, is there anyone who enjoys watching Good Omens? Or maybe, someone is going to? We’ll be discussing [the book] in the Book club meeting, but one has to wait till end of the month. As for me, film depicts things (angels, demons and people), and this is a very enjoyable experience. No matter how good the book, it shows almost no faces or subtle visuals for me, and the actors are great. One of most delightful portraits of a couple [of friends]! Also, the miniseries has a lot of good stuff taken directly from the book. It is really funny when the action stops for a lengthy footnote, and so on. The great traditions of crazy BBC TV films continued!

Meaning, in comparison to a book? Well, the book is a satire, and the crazy movie is crazy in the right way. Te authors were also British, that explains a lot :)
